HC Deb 20 May 1919 vol 116 c193
55. Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state how and in what form payments are being made by the German Government for food supplied to them?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

Payments have up to the present been made partly in gold and partly in neutral currency. I am unable to say what form they will take in future.
