asked the Home Secretary if he will consider the advisability of issuing instructions that men and women disabled by accidents in the course of their employment of making munitions-of war, should receive special consideration when vacancies occur in Civil Service Departments?

I am afraid that it is not possible to arrange that the classes of person referred to in the question should have special opportunities of entering the Civil Service.
