Captain GUESTThe terms and conditions of service in the reconstituted Territorial Force are now being considered, after ascertaining the views and opinions of representatives of the county associations. Divisional and Brigade Commanders are about to be appointed, and as they will be selected from officers who have been closely associated with and have commanded Territorial formations in the field, there is no fear of the Territorial point of view being overlooked. I do not think it is necessary, therefore, to appoint a Committee as suggested by my hon. and gallant Friend.
