Mr. ALFRED DAVIESasked the Secretary of State for War if notice was published in daily routine orders at No. 5 Camp, Northern Command Labour Centre, Ripon, to the effect that any man who had previously been on active service overseas would not be placed in Labour Corps' drafts for further service overseas; whether such order has been cancelled and when; and whether men who have seen service overseas are being put on draft for overseas again?
