I would ask my hon. Friend to postpone this question.

May we have the Report of the Inter-Departmental Committee before the discussion comes on in the House?

Mr. BONAR LAW

Yes; I will try to arrange for that, but I do not like to lay a Paper before the House until it has been considered by the Cabinet.
