Captain REGINALD TERRELLasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether he is taking steps to secure the representation on the Royal Commission on Agriculture of farmers, agricultural labourers, smallholders, allotment-holders, landlords, and consumers; whether he will ensure that in all cases, except the last named and the chairman, the nominees shall be directly connected with the land; whether 1320 there will be at least one woman on the Commission; and whether he can now state the name of the chairman?
