Captain TERRELLasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether his attention has been called to any cases where landlords are notifying tenants that they have no right to shoot rabbits; whether this is in accordance with the Ground Game Act; and, if so, whether he will take steps to introduce legislation to alter the measure?
Sir A. BOSCAWENNo case of such a notification as is referred to in my hon. Friend's question has been brought to the attention of the Board. Such a notification would not affect the rights of the occupier to kill rabbits under the Ground Game Act.
