§ 18. Colonel YATEasked the Secretary of State for India whether A2 priority certificates for passages from India to England are only issued by the Government of India to those proceeding home on urgent Government work; whether he can state what the Government work is on which deputations of Indians to agitate in favour of the proposed Indian reform scheme have been granted these A2 priority certificates; and what is the urgency of it?
§ Mr. MONTAGUI believe it is not the case that A2 priority certificates for passages are granted only to persons proceeding to this country on urgent Government work. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer given by me to his question of the 7th May on the same subject.
