§ 74. Mr. JOHN JONESasked the President of the Local Government Board whether, in view of the approaching municipal elections, he is prepared to recommend that the candidates for such elections shall be allowed to send through the post free at least one packet of election literature on similar lines to that recently allowed at the General Election so that the drain of election expenses on candidates may be minimised?
