Mr. PRESTONasked the President of the Board of Trade, in view of the fact that inventors owning patents which they have been unable to develop owing to the War have lost several years of patent protection, whether the Government propose to compensate the inventors by prolonging the lives of such patents beyond the usual fourteen years?
