"That the additional duties of Excise upon medicine imposed by Section eleven of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1915, and continued by Section two of the Finance Act, 1918, until the first day of August, nineteen hundred and nineteen, shall continue to be charged until the first day of August, nineteen hundred and twenty.
