§ Mr. MUNROIt is not possible to give an estimate of the funds which might be affected by the Bill, as its terms are permissive and not obligatory. The Local Government Board for Scotland have already knowledge of funds totalling £16,000, or thereabouts, which may be affected, but that amount may be largely-exceeded.
