§ Mr. BONAR LAW (Leader of the House)The Committee dealing with individual responsibility for breaches of civilised warfare expects to make its Report to the Peace Conference almost immediately. It has already met to consider its final Report. Until this Report has been received and considered, it would not be possible to take action as suggested.
