Mr. HIGHAMasked the Prime Minister if, in view of the fact that no Department of the Government is now adequately supplying information regarding the habits, efforts, and resources of the United Kingdom to the peoples of allied and neutral countries, he will consider the advisability of immediately setting up a Department of public information, in order that we may efficiently carry out a programme of propaganda, at least as equally efficient as that now being conducted by the United States Government in the countries mentioned?
