§ 54. Lieutenant-Colonel ROBERT PEELasked the Prime Minister whether he will consider the advantage of publishing Professor Oman's valuable book on the commencement of the War in a more convenient form than that of an official Blue Book, which is inconvenient to read and unsuitable for binding?
Mr. D. WARDThe first edition of Professor Oman's "Narrative of the Outbreak of the War, "though it has had a very wide and gratifying sale is still far from exhausted. Should the demand be such as to render the issue of a second edition desirable the Foreign Office will gladly consider the question of reprinting the narrative and issuing it in octavo form.
