§ Mr. BRIDGEMANNo licences are transferable without the express authority of the Controller of the Department of Import Restrictions. Information has been received that one concessionaire under the glassware ration proposes to sell his licences, and when he makes application for the licences suitable action will be taken to prevent the proposed sale.
