REESasked the Secretary of State for India whether he will consider the propriety of suggesting to the Government of India that the title of the Indian Famine Relief Code should be changed to that of the Famine Prevention Code, in order that the fact may be appreciated at home, that when it is brought into force, because food grains rise above a certain price, famine is prevented by such action and the people are not suffering from but are saved from famine?
