§ Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANSI have no scheme in contemplation for assisting widows by means of State Grants other than their pensions, but assistance can be given to them from the King's Fund on application through the local war pensions committees. If any Government scheme is contemplated it will presumably be administered by the Civil Liabilities Committee, which is now under the Ministry of Labour.
