HC Deb 13 March 1919 vol 113 cc1474-5
96. Mr. R. McNEILL

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions whether the Central Control Board (Liquor Traffic) has yet completed its consideration of the question of extending the closing hour in the Shorncliffe area; and, if so, what decision has been arrived at?

Mr. HOPE

Under the Order of the Central Control Board, which comes into force on Monday next, the evening hours of sale will be extended and the closing hour will be 9.30 p.m. instead of 8 p.m., as at present.
