§ The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS (Sir Alfred Mond)The National Portrait Gallery is fully occupied by a War Office staff, and there are no other premises available to rehouse this staff at present. I fully share the hon. Member's anxiety regarding the reopening of the National Portrait Gallery, and this be done as soon as it is practicable.
