§ Mr. McCURDYThe Food Controller is satisfied that the release of an additional 50 per cent. of spirits recently sanctioned is resulting in a very material increase in the quantities available for the general public; and that it should normally be possible for spirits to be purchased, at any rate in small quantities, when required for medical purposes.
