§ Sir R. HORNENo such scheme as that to which the hon. Member refers falls within my province. I understand, however, from my right hon. Friend the Minister of Pensions that widows of men dying on active service can be given grants from the King's Fund for the purpose of starting them in business. They should make application to the local pensions committees.
§ Sir R. HORNEAs far as my office is concerned, as I have explained, this matter falls under the Ministry of Pensions, and I cannot give my hon. Friend any further answer than I have given.
§ Sir R. HORNEI must ask for notice of that question.
