§ Mr. BRIDGEMANIf the hon. Member has in mind the motor spirit licence restrictions, I would refer him to the reply given to the hon. Members for Pontypool and Ashford on the 24th February, from which it will be seen that it is not possible to make an announcement in anticipation of the Budget statement. If, however, 902 the question refers to the regulations made under the Motor Car Act, 1903, the matter is not one for the Board of Trade.
