Mr. HARMSWORTHAccurate statistics in regard to the number of men, women and children murdered by the Bolshevik Government in Russia are at present unobtainable. It is known, however, that the number of victims has been very great. We are credibly informed that the Bolshevik Government are employing some of their considerable force of Chinese troops to act as executioners. Bodies of Bolshevik victims which have been recovered show that they died under torture, but it is uncertain whether this was the work of Chinese or of the Bolsheviks themselves.
