asked if there is any likelihood of the allowances to men undergoing training being increased?

The training allowances to which the bonus of 20 per cent. is added are considered to be sufficient, and it is not in contemplation to increase them.

Mr. ROBERTS

Is the hon. Gentleman aware that some pensions committees are paying an extra allowance?

Sir J. CRAIG

I am afraid that it is not authorised.
