HC Deb 30 June 1919 vol 117 c602
47. Mr. HOGGE

asked the Prime Minister who was responsible to the Allied Supreme War Council for the framing of the naval clauses of the terms of the Armistice with Germany; whether the naval clauses as embodied in the terms of the Armistice constitute the original proposals of the naval advisers to the Supreme War Council or whether the original proposals were modified in any way; what was the extent of the modification; who was responsible to the Allies for the fulfilment of the naval terms of the Armistice with Germany; and whether the British Board of Admiralty are satisfied that the naval clauses of the terms of the Armistice with Germany were carried out in their entirety?

Mr. BONAR LAW
