BRITTAINasked the Lord Privy Seal whether the terms of the draft By-law made under Section 4 (b) of the Poisons and Pharmacy Acts, 1908, which the Pharmaceutical Society is considering, have been agreed upon in conjunction with the Privy Council; and will he state the terms of the By-law and give a list of the public institutions which it is proposed to recognise as institutions in which dispensing experience can be obtained by the apothecaries' assistants whom it is proposed to register as chemists and druggists under the terms of the By-law?
