§ Mr. CHURCHILLIt is the intention to vacate the common land at the earliest possible moment when it is no longer needed for military purposes, but I regret that it is not possible at present to fix a dale by which it will be vacated. As regards the last part of the question, I do not recollect any specific promise having been given.
