§ Mr. CHURCHILLNo, Sir, I am afraid it is not possible to name any date. I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to his question of the 15th May, to which it may be added that it is left entirely to the county authorities to propose the dates for these marches, and that the suggestion was made to general officers commanding-in-chief of Commands that if possible it should be arranged in coordinating the proposals that no two marches should be held on the same date, as otherwise there might be some difficulty in rendering any assistance required in the way of accommodation, tentage, etc.
