MAGNUSasked the First Commissioner of Works whether he is aware of the inconvenience, especially to members of the University of London, which is caused by the continued closure of the covered passage between the South Kensington railway station and the corner of the Imperial Institute Road; and whether he can now state when the passage will be open to the general public?
§ The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS (Sir A. Mond)The use of this passage for the storage of exhibits from the Imperial Institute ceased on the 17th ultimo, and it was forthwith surrendered to the Metropolitan District Railway Company. The matter of opening rests with the company.
