§ 51. Colonel WEDGWOOD
asked the Prime Minister whether His Majesty's 1667 Government has agreed to recognise the Government of Admiral Koltchak on certain conditions; and, if so, what those conditions are?
The Allied and Associated Governments have addressed a communication to Admiral Koltchak in the sense indicated by my hon. and gallant Friend. Admiral Koltchak's reply has not yet been received, and I cannot at present state the conditions proposed.
§ Colonel WEDGWOOD
Do the conditions include the immediate summoning of the Constituent Assembly in Siberia?
I cannot be quite certain as to that. If the hon. Member will put down another question I will answer it.
