That a Select Committee be appointed to inquire into the present position of the duties imposed by Part 1. of The Finance (1909–10) Act, 1910; to make recommendations in regard to their retention, alteration, or repeal, and in regard to such legislative or administrative measures as may be necessary in order to give effect thereto; to inquire into the basis and present position of the valuations of land prescribed by Part 1. of The Finance (1909–10) Act,
