88. Mr. J. JONESasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions the nature of the Committee which considered the future of the Royal Gunpowder Factory at Waltham Abbey; whether he is a wars of the concern that is felt by the people in Waltham Abbey regarding the future of the factory; and whether ho will publish without delay the Report and conclusions of the Committee?
§ Mr. KELLAWAYI will circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT the names of the Committee and the terms of reference. The Committee's Report has been received and will shortly be submitted to the Cabinet. Until the Report has been considered by the Cabinet, a decision as to publication cannot be made.
