RICHARDSONasked the Secretary for War if he will take steps to stop the regrading of men marked for discharge as medically unfit by their various units at the Ripon discharge centre where many of them are sent; if he will also take steps to stop the system employed at this centre of having men so regarded being paraded in front of representative officers of the Royal Engineers, Royal Army Service Corps, and Royal Army Medical Corps for the purpose of being picked out for one of these regiments; and if he is aware of the discontent existing amongst them through this action and the resentment felt at their treatment whilst undergoing the examination for transfer by the officers?
