May I ask the Leader of the House when we may expect publication of the speech of the Minister for War to the Centre party the other day?

What on earth have 1 to do with that?

Has not the right hon. Gentleman read the official communication stating that the speech of the Secretary fur War would be published to-day, and did not 700 expectant M.P.'s wake up early this morning in anticipation of that, but have not yet seen it?

Why not address that question to my right hon. Friend himself?
