Mr. HARMSWORTHI am informed that none of the descriptions of roubles mentioned by the hon. Member are held by the Treasury in London. I have no exact information as to the total holdings by representatives of His Majesty's Government abroad.
Mr. HARMSWORTHYes, but with very great difficulty, and unless my hon. Friend has a particular use for the figures I would ask him not to press me to obtain them.
