Mr. HARMSWORTHOf the three gentleman named, Mr. Milhiukoff is understood to be at present in London, while Mr. Sasonoff and Mr. Tereshchenko are believed to have been in London recently. Mr. Sasonoff paid a call at the Foreign Office in the course of his visit. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
