§ 90. Mr. A. SHORTasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that, on the 25th March, 1914, it was stated that the Postmaster-General and the Secretary of State for War had recommended the Treasury to grant the claim of the K Company men; and whether, seeing that an impartial body has given a verdict in favour of the men, he will take steps to do justice to this class, despite the small-ness of their numbers and their inability to show industrial strength?
§ Mr. BALDWIN (Joint Financial Secretary to the Treasury)I would refer to the answer which I gave to the hon. Member for Nelson and Colne on this subject on the 6th May last.
