Mr. INSKIPasked the Lord Privy Seal whether it is proposed to ask the Coal Industry Commission to make further Interim Reports as suggested in the Interim Report of 20th March signed by the chairman; and, if so, whether he will first amend the constitution of the Commission by appointing persons in whose impartiality and freedom from prejudice the public may have full confidence?
