§ 70. Lieut.-Col. MEYSEY-THOMPSONasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that dissatisfaction exists at the delay in issuing the medal for the European War; and whether this medal will shortly be issued to all the men who are clearly entitled to it?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLIt is hoped very shortly to issue the Army Order authorising the grant of this medal with permission to wear the riband. I have signed the necessary papers issuing the Order to-day, so that it will be possible for the men to wear it on Saturday.
