HC Deb 16 July 1919 vol 118 c382
82. Sir H. HARRIS

asked the First Commissioner of Works whether, in view of the war services of members of Voluntary Aid Detachments, space will be reserved for some of them to view the Peace procession?

The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS (Sir Alfred Mond)

In view of the many demands upon the limited accommodation available, I regret that it is not possible to reserve a space for members of the Voluntary Aid Detachments to view the Peace procession, but I would remind the hon. Member that the detachments will be represented in the procession itself.
