13. Lieut.-Colonel GUINNESSasked the Secretary of State for War whether it is proposed to reconstitute the National Reserve?
Captain GUEST (Joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury)I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to my reply on the 3rd March last to my hon. Friend the Member for South Kensington, to which I can add nothing at present. In the answer referred to I stated that the question of the future of the National Reserve must stand over until the policy regarding the size and general organisation of the after-war Army has been settled.
