Mr. SPEAKER informed the House that he had received the following letter relating to the ratification of the Treaty of Peace by Germany;

"Luxemburg,

12th July, 1919.

To the Speaker of the House of Commons,

The Chamber of Deputies of the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg has received the news of the ratification of the Treaty of Peace by Germany with lively satisfaction and intense gratification, and requests that you will kindly inform the Members of the British House of Commons that the Chamber of Deputies decided, at their Sitting yesterday, to set apart the 14th July as a day for the celebration of victory and of the country's gratitude to the Allied and Associated Powers.
