HC Deb 14 July 1919 vol 118 cc26-7
52. Mr. ACLAND

asked the Prime Minister whether he has considered the report on the Slough depot; what action he proposes to take; and whether he proposes to give the House the opportunity of discussing the Select Committee's Report?

Mr. BONAR LAW

It would only be possible to deal with this matter on a Supply Day, and I doubt whether there would be a general desire that one of the days should be allotted to this Department.

Mr. ACLAND

That does not cover the question of the action proposed to be taken by the Government, if any?

Mr. BONAR LAW

The Government does not take the view that any action is called for.
