Mr. SAMUEL SAMUELasked the Prime Minister whether he will create co ordination on business lines between various Departments, so as to save money and relieve the congestion of goods at the docks and at other places; whether he is aware that hundreds of motor lorries are parading the country for the purposes of instruction to drivers; and could they, with co-ordination, be employed, whilst instructing the drivers, in relieving the congestion of goods in all directions?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWEverything possible is being done by the Government to alleviate the congestion to which my hon. Friend refers, but I do not think that his suggestion is practicable.
