§ 22. Commander KING
asked the First Lord of the Admiralty the number of discharged petty officers and men at present in receipt of pensions on the pre-war scale; and how many of these are totally incapacitated and partially disabled, respectively, as the result of injuries received whilst serving in the Royal Navy during times of peace?
§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of PENSIONS (Colonel Sir James Craig)
I have been asked to reply to this question. The number of pre-war disability pensions at present in payment is approximately 7,000. I regret that I cannot furnish more detailed information.
§ Commander KING
Does the Department of the hon. and gallant Gentleman deal with pre-war pensions other than war pensions?
