§ Mr. LONGIt is anticipated that the record, together with plans showing the tracks followed by all squadrons concerned, will be completed by the end of September, 1919. As stated in the reply to my Noble Friend's question on 26th March, it is proposed to consider the question of the publication of the narrative when it is completed.
