Sir C. des Graz has been accredited as His Majesty's Minister to the King of the Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes. He resides at Belgrade, and is assisted by a commercial secretary, a military attaché, and two diplomatic secretaries. The reply to the second part of the question is in the negative.
