Colonel ASHLEYasked the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that his Department is arranging triumphal marches to celebrate the conclusion of a victorious Peace, he will issue free travelling warrants to all ranks living at a distance from the locality where the parade is to take place, so that all, whatever their financial circumstances, may be in a position to attend?
