King, auditor, was knocked down and severely injured by a motor ambulance while cycling in Harcourt Street, Dublin; whether the police report of the accident was to the effect that the driver of the ambulance was entirely to blame; whether the only- compensation, so far, offered by the War Office has been a grant towards Mr. King's out-of-pocket expenses; and "whether his Department is now prepared to pay compensation adequate to the injuries received?
